Two channel over the head unit has sensors on both sides. Power
on/off slide switch and independent volume contro for left and
right ear. Push button toggle switch to go between 2.3 and 2.8
MHz. Powered by two AAA batteries.

Q: Will
the receiver work with T-coil hearing aids?
A: Yes, the headset receivers are
designed to work with T-coil style hearing aids.
Q: Are our headsets compatible
with other brand emitters?
A: Yes if the other brand emitters
are running at the same frequency.
Q: Is our unit multiple channel?
Stereo or mono?
A: Our unit is a mono system. We have
two versions that run at two different frequencies. One at 95kHz
and one at 250kHz.
Q: Will
your system support multiple languages?
A: The UPC-23 is capable of running
two languages at the same time. The unit can play the narrative
descriptive track while running listening assistive track.
